That\u2019s way the cumulative work is increased by MS-Project, she is telling us: \u201c&#8230; ups, you need to increase your effort to reach the milestones!!\u201d<o:p><\/o:p><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span  lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size:100%;\">The forecast of the rest of the project is calculated taking into account that you are going to reach the milestone events properly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span  lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size:100%;\">Are my conclusions right?
