{"id":2317,"date":"2011-07-19T12:23:22","date_gmt":"2011-07-19T12:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/?p=2317"},"modified":"2015-07-19T12:38:43","modified_gmt":"2015-07-19T12:38:43","slug":"ejercicios-de-chi-kung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2011\/07\/19\/ejercicios-de-chi-kung\/","title":{"rendered":"Ejercicios de Chi kung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante estos 2 a\u00f1os he estado practicando Chi Kung con <a href=\"http:\/\/www.santamerataichi.com\/\">Eduardo Monteiro<\/a>. 2 a\u00f1os no es nada en este mundo en el que para ser virtuoso se necesita de talento y d\u00e9cadas de pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<p>Para mi memoria quedan esta rutina que me ha ayudado tanto a los hombros y a la espalda, y que practico de vez en cuando.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posici\u00f3n b\u00e1sica, brazos extendidos, brazos en alto.<\/li>\n<li>Balanceo de cadera en &#8220;U&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Nube.<\/li>\n<li>Balanceo de cadera en &#8220;U&#8221; con manos agarradas.<\/li>\n<li>Con las manos en los ri\u00f1ones, balancear la espalda de adelante hacia atr\u00e1s (estirar la espalda).<\/li>\n<li>Con las manos en los ri\u00f1ones, balancear la espalda de izquierda a derecha.<\/li>\n<li>Extensi\u00f3n hacia abajo, apertura hacia arriba y el arco con ambas manos.<\/li>\n<li>Tirar de la cuerda con el balanceo en &#8220;U&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Balanceo de brazos lateral (un brazo hacia adelante y otro hacia detr\u00e1s).<\/li>\n<li>Balanceo de brazos lateral y despu\u00e9s elevar los brazos como para tocar el cielo.<\/li>\n<li>Agacharse con los brazos extendidos.<\/li>\n<li>Balanceo de brazos cruzados con movimiento de cadera en &#8220;U&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Apertura de brazos hacia arriba y cierre con final de los brazos en vientre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante estos 2 a\u00f1os he estado practicando Chi Kung con Eduardo Monteiro. 2 a\u00f1os no es nada en este mundo en el que para ser virtuoso se necesita de talento y d\u00e9cadas de pr\u00e1ctica.
