Universities include a lot of Subjects in their courses but none of these subjects talks about Communication Skills.<\/p>\n
In fact this is one of the main problems that a student has when gets a job and finds that doesn’t know how to reply a formal mail or how to attend a phone call.<\/p>\n

For me the Communication Skills has been something I have had to improve a lot because at the beginning of my professional career I was so bad in this ability. Thanks to the vision that a boss gave to me, I discovered the importance of this aspect in my work and the need I had to improve it.<\/p>\n
