To do that they build &#8220;AI components&#8221; based on AI Knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I assume that AI knowledge is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">high\/mature<\/span>. If this is not the case, then the company is already in trouble in terms of innovation on this space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The data required for these AI components of a solution <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">exist<\/span>, is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">modelled<\/span> and it&#8217;s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ready<\/span> (#1).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where to start?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We all have to start building &#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">LLM knowledge<\/span>&#8220;, which means that it will enable the organization to identify proper solutions, start discovering the complexity of these solutions, understanding the data needs you have (#3 Not collected data).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LLM models are already available, for instance using OpenAI, but it&#8217;s the starting point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the &#8220;LLM knowledge&#8221; progress the company can start asking relevant questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are these &#8220;LLM capabilities&#8221; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">+worth<\/span> for the current solutions we are providing to our customers? probably no (due to the user stories that these solutions are different).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the value\/investment balance worth enough to invest on it?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are these &#8220;LLM capabilities&#8221; valuable to increase the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">efficiency<\/span> on tasks performed by people?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have we identified a potential &#8220;business need&#8221; that could be satisfied with the use of these capabilities?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are we already collecting the data that is required for the potential solution? (#2 Unmodeled data (raw)).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do we need to collect and model other type of data? (#3 Not collected data).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When is the right time to invest on it? What are the signals that we should pay attention to?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And I have only questions, and questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do we have the right amount of data for implementing new solutions?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are the new quality thresholds we have to define to consider during the implementation of a LLM capability?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do we understand the levels of uncertainty that are managed by these languages?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do we a framework on how expressions of uncertainty interact with large language models?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do we have to analyze how expressions of uncertainty interact with large language models?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How does the model accuracy suffers when models use expressions of certainty?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How does the model accuracy suffers when models use idiomatic language?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">User stories covered by these solutions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the major uncertainties of the OpenAI models is the user stories they are able to cover.
