Composed by technology lawyers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">OpenAI Finance<\/span>, runs finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Applied AI Research team<\/span> works on innovative solutions to solve practical real-world problems with direct impact on users of the OpenAI API.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Human Data Team<\/span> is focused on empowering AI teachers to train OpenAI\u2019s models to solve complex problems in order to provide value to humanity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Deployment Planning team\u2019s<\/span> mandate is to build tools and conduct research that equip OpenAI to prepare for safe and successful deployment of increasingly advanced AI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">OpenAI\u2019 s Scaling team<\/span> operates at the far edge of all available innovations in AI \u2014 doing the engineering and research required to harness custom-built hyperscale supercomputers, the latest algorithmic improvements, and massive datasets to train AI models of unprecedented capability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Applied team<\/span> safely brings OpenAI&#8217;s technology to the world. We released the GPT-3 API and Codex, which powers GitHub&#8217;s Copilot and most recently, ChatGPT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The OpenAI\u00a0Alignment Team\u2019s<\/span> research goal is to make machine learning models that are honest and helpful to humans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Programming Assistant Team<\/span> is building a next generation of tools for programmers and knowledge workers leveraging our state of the art programming and conversational models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0U.S. Policy and Partnerships Team<\/span>, develop strategies and lead OpenAI\u2019s public policy engagement in the United States, including developing and managing relationships with policymakers at the federal, state and local levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Platform Abuse team<\/span> protects OpenAI\u2019s products from abuse.
