This is an scenario I would like to discuss with you,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s related to an application that is deployed in different major corporate clients. It’s in a situation where some type of investment is required to try to unlock some of the existing problems it has.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Situation AS-IS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Application is too heavy to implement to new clients. Out of market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. There are 10 implementations of the application on big corporations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The natural step is to migrate to a different software (investment around $10m) on an integrator. This is a type of investment too high for the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The company makes money through Licenses and consumption of BPO.\n

    1. For instance, BPO ticket = $100.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. There are around 50 APIs that the client can use to complete some tasks or pull data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. APIs are not used at 100%, there is room for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
