\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que hago?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Primero miro la pesta\u00f1a \u00abChampions\u00bb de la hoja de c\u00e1lculo, los filtro y despu\u00e9s les echo un vistazo 1 por 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para este ejemplo he filtrado por las siguientes columnas de datos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • DivYield>2%,<\/li>
  • N\u00famero de Chowder >14 (columna AP),<\/li>
  • del dividend growth model cambio la f\u00f3rmula de la columna AX para calcular la estimaci\u00f3n de crecimiento del dividendo y filtro a > 20%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Esta p\u00e1gina es muy recomendable visitarla para aprender sobre los par\u00e1metros cuantitativos de las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Para las personas que est\u00e1n empezando es una fuente de datos muy buenas si el objetivo es invertir en empresas que dan dividendos de manera consistente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Si lo que quieres es minimizar riesgos, elige una empresa catalogada como \u00abdividend king\u00bb que significa que esa empresa ha estado dando dividendos de manera ininterrumpida durante 50 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Un segundo ejemplo, a\u00f1adiendo m\u00e1s filtros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Este otro ejemplo es m\u00e1s fino. Los filtros usados son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • A\u00f1os dando dividendos >29<\/li>
    • dividend yield > 2<\/li>
    • payout < 70<\/li>
    • n\u00famero de chowder > 11<\/li>
    • MMA-200 < -8 (busco empresas que est\u00e9n por debajo de la media de 200 d\u00edas)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      El valor de invertir en este tipo de empresas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      A principios de 2020 la bolsa sufri\u00f3 una bajada bastante importante. Muchas empresas que dan dividendos han dejado de hacerlo (al menos temporalmente). Si tomamos el S&P 500 como \u00edndice de referencia (las 500 mejores empresas indexadas de EE.UU.), pues nos encontramos que a d\u00eda 4 junio las pol\u00edticas de #dividendos 2020 han sido:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Todo puede cambiar, pero este dato es representativo de lo que te puedes encontrar cuando las cosas se tuercen y van mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
