The beliefs are the pillars of the expectations. These beliefs are built during our childhood, and after that they become strong and part of our personality.<a href=\"http:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2015\/08\/05\/limiting-beliefs\/pillars\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2392\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2392\" src=\"http:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/pillars-300x87.jpg\" alt=\"pillars\" width=\"300\" height=\"87\" srcset=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/pillars-300x87.jpg 300w, https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/pillars-500x145.jpg 500w, https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/pillars.jpg 937w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To discover and modify these beliefs is not part of the standard education. The acceleration of the change and the growing complexity of our environment makes that some of the beliefs that they were useful in the past, now the become limiting belief.<\/p>\n<p>What can we do then?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To learn to substitute this belief by a non limiting belief.<\/li>\n<li>To learn to relativize it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The most difficult part of this process is to be aware that you are influenced by a limiting belief.
