{"id":250,"date":"2010-04-11T18:57:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-11T18:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2010\/04\/11\/unsuccessful-meetings-take-you-to-new-unsuccessful-meetings\/"},"modified":"2010-04-11T18:57:00","modified_gmt":"2010-04-11T18:57:00","slug":"unsuccessful-meetings-take-you-to-new-unsuccessful-meetings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2010\/04\/11\/unsuccessful-meetings-take-you-to-new-unsuccessful-meetings\/","title":{"rendered":"Unsuccessful meetings take you to new unsuccessful meetings"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"left\">The title of this post is moving the management staff of our account.<\/p>\n<p>We are working in an environment where, there are thousand of regular meetings with the customer: operational, applications, finance, end user technologies&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>This environment makes there are so many relationship with our client, what is very good.<\/p>\n<p>Now we are trying to improve the way all these meetings are planned, celebrated and closed: <\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Is this meeting useful?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Are the key people attending to it?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Is the client feeling s\/he is losing time?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Are meeting minutes right?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"left\">With the map of regular meetings we have discovered some stakeholders were not involved in meetings, what improve the relation with some key stakeholders that are not in front of a decision but that have influence on all of them.<\/p>\n<p>So it&#8217;s being a long term exercise that is trying to improve our account communications.
