This has been the second quarter I focused on it and I have the feeling I have a speed of work that can let me go to another chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This quarter I want to do some readjustments about how I work on my priorities and learnings, focusing on habits and my schedule. Why? I have the feeling I&#8217;m working in a way that is not focused on the things that are more important and I need to readjust some habits to improve on the real priorities of my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This doesn&#8217;t mean that I will not add specific learning on a field of knowledge, I will do it, and I was thinking about it so much during Christmas. The focus this time is going to be around some specific areas of Artificial Intelligence. Artificial Intelligence is a broad knowledge field, so I want to understand the topologies of the different areas and review the learnings I did during 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2021\/01\/03\/year-4-q1-personal-readjustments-and-artificial-intelligence\/artificialintelligence-areas\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5101\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"730\" height=\"377\" src=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ArtificialIntelligence-areas.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5101\" srcset=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ArtificialIntelligence-areas.png 730w, https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ArtificialIntelligence-areas-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ArtificialIntelligence-areas-500x258.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>So the <a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/24\/behind-the-cloud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V2MOM<\/a> for this quarter will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vision: Readjust a set of habits and learn about Artificial Intelligence areas.<\/li><li>Values: have fun, change habits day by day.<\/li><li>Method:\n<ul>\n<li>For the readjustments, use the principles and suggestions I learned from <a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2018\/01\/25\/triggers-creating-behavior-that-lasts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Triggers book<\/a>. Add to it some meditation.<\/li>\n<li>Artificial Intelligence: read about AI and gain perspective of the work being done, draw some maps that provides me context and understand how these type of projects are planned and executed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><li>Obstacles:\n<ul>\n<li>Time,<\/li>\n<li>Aversion to do some activities that are not comfortable to me.<\/li>\n<li>Ariel\u2019s surgery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><li>Measures:\n<ul>\n<li>Readjustments of behavior:\n<ul>\n<li>Reschedule the day agenda (once it&#8217;s defined, check how much is followed). There are 60 labor days this quarter, so at least do 45 days.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the &#8220;Daily questions&#8221; challenge. There are 90 days this quarter, so complete it at least 70 days.<\/li>\n<li>Take the meditation audios and complete at least 70 days.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the measures on a notebook: reduce time on computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Artificial Intelligence:\n<ul>\n<li>Read 1 book related to the area (1 per quarter).<\/li>\n<li>Listen 13 hours of Artificial Intelligence podcasts (1 per week).<\/li>\n<li>Draw at least 3 maps related to a specific topic on Artificial Intelligence (1 per month).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Death line = 31\/March\/2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Results (April 2021)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Measures (Actual \/ target): <ul><li>Readjustments of behavior: <ul><li>Reschedule the day agenda: not achieved, only during the last month I followed the new routines.\u00a0<\/li><li>Follow the &#8220;Daily questions&#8221; challenge: not achieved, only during the last month.<\/li><li>Take the meditation audios: not achieved, only done at 50%.<\/li><li>Follow the measures on a notebook: done successfully. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Artificial Intelligence: <ul><li>Read 1 book related to the area (1 per quarter): done.<\/li><li>Listen 13 hours of Artificial Intelligence podcasts (1 per week): partially done: 9 podcasts listened.<\/li><li>Draw at least 3 maps related to a specific topic on Artificial Intelligence: only one done.<\/li><li>I have clarified what I want to focus on next quarter: Machine Learning on Kaggle. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During my last learning slot I was focusing on the Wardley maps learning, the generation of content, the increase of deep knowledge and practice of mapping.
