Here video #1: <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/t705r8ICkRw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/t705r8ICkRw<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason was Pablo Bermejo pointed me to a specific sequence: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SA8ZBJWo73E&amp;t=300s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this one in video #2<\/a>, where he pointed to the PST model (Pioneer, Settlers and Town Planners model from gameplays proposed by Wardley Maps).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So after watching around 10 minutes of video, I started with video #1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elon reviews a series of principles they have defined (as doctrines) for all the work they are doing. These are the mentioned ones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: Make your requirements less dumb: your requirements are definitely dumb, it does not matter who gave them to you. It is dangerous if a smart person gives you the requirements because you might not question them enough. Everyone is wrong, no matter who you are, everyone is wrong some of the time.<\/li><li><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Try to delete parts of the process steps. We are trying to run at tight margins! Follow the principle fleet partly lead the process.<\/li><li><strong>Step 3<\/strong>, Optimize the processes. Important, it always is the third step. It\u2019s a common error in engineering to optimize things that does not exist.<\/li><li><strong>Step 4<\/strong>, accelerate your speed.<\/li><li><strong>Step 5<\/strong>, automate.<\/li><li>Do not use units that makes the understanding of things harder instead of easier (newtons or Pascal).<\/li><li>You really want everyone to be <strong>Chief Engineer<\/strong>. It means everyone needs to understand the system at high level. To know when they are making a bad optimization.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Reviewing the doctrines table proposed by Simon Wardley in Wardley maps, I recognize these doctrines being indirectly mentioned or suggested in these videos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"544\" src=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-1024x544.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5987\" srcset=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-1024x544.png 1024w, https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-768x408.png 768w, https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image.png 1205w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implementation of PST<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I forgot about this.
