I will focus on Wardley Maps and completing my PMP renewal (I have 55 PDUs to complete).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-plan\">The plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/24\/behind-the-cloud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V2MOM<\/a>&nbsp;for this quarter will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Vision<\/strong>: Work on Wardley Maps around the English book, advertise it and assist to some events.<\/li><li><strong>Values<\/strong>: have fun, learn more about details when mapping and improving work under uncertainly and enable a systematic approach.<\/li><li><strong>Method<\/strong>: Continue all started last quarter and explore events and other ways to advertise the content of the page and the books..<\/li><li><strong>Obstacles<\/strong>:<ul><li>Time.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Measures<\/strong>:<ul><li>Complete the English version of the book.<\/li><li>Organize at least 3 events for Wardley Maps.<\/li><li>Work on Wardley Maps content in Spanish.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Death line = 31\/March\/2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-results-april-2022\">The results (April 2022)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/Draw-your-company-strategy-practical\/dp\/B09QFJ4QDG\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Draw your company strategy<\/a> was published in January.<\/li><li>I have presented for PMI Andaluc\u00eda: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=snKj_bHDYHs&amp;t\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PMI-A: C\u00f3mo los Mapas de Wardley pueden ayudar en la Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos<\/a>.<\/li><li>I increased the amount of cards in <a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/mapasdewardley\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mapas de Wardley<\/a>.<\/li><li>I&#8217;m engaged on the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/swardley\/Research2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2022 Research Group<\/a> organized by Simon Wardley, in the Manufacturing group.<\/li><li>Worked on a 2 days <a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/mapasdewardley\/acelera-tu-aprendizaje\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">workshop<\/a> for teaching Wardley Maps principles and the cycle of strategy.<\/li><li>I failed in the number of events, I planned 3 events, but just did 2.<\/li><li>I have completed 45 PDUs, which means that I now I can focus on other stuff, as I only have to complete another 10 PDUs in 1 year.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During&nbsp;year 4 &#8211; Q4&nbsp;I have focused on the writing of books, and I still have to finish the English version of the &#8220;Cuaderno de trabajo para dibujar estrategias&#8220;.
