This is also related to something I read about <a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2022\/03\/29\/sociocracy-3-0-common-sense-framework\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sociocracy 3.0<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After reading it I have the feeling I have not understood how to implement these principles and ideas in real live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I miss a more concrete ways to implement it or examples that really show how it looks like. The examples from the book are so basic, they do not handle how to resolve conflicts and tensions that in any group of people can exist,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>any thoughts?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have read this book as part of my participation in a book club.
