My focus on this event will be project\/program execution and competitive analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-plan\">The plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/24\/behind-the-cloud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V2MOM<\/a>&nbsp;for this quarter will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vision<\/strong>: Go deep through the different activities proposed by the training sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Values<\/strong>: Engage with the people, gain a different perspective from how others deal with engagement, execution&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Method<\/strong>: Through the altMBA course.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learn from others about how dynamics work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn the theory \/ practices done.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be curious about how the professional approach on decisions and the discussions are done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Obstacles<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Time, fatigue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Measures<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete the books proposed by the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and attend the event &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/wardleymapsforbusiness.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wardley Maps for Business<\/a>&#8220;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Death line = 31\/March\/2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-results-april-2022\">The results (April 2023)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>altMBA done, with a practical sessions and exercises shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I did not read the books.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2023\/03\/20\/the-machine-stops\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Machine Stops<\/a>&#8220;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate on <a href=\"https:\/\/joapen.com\/blog\/2023\/03\/18\/ai-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI research<\/a> study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I have created a &#8220;hello World&#8221; on Vercel in Python.
