In January of 2025 I jumped in the Data migrations product team and started covering a holidays and ended being the Product Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the past I did product management, but (fun fact) in that time it was not called in that way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since the beginning the major challenge has been to work in a new environment, understand the basis of insurance, our solutions, our tools what AWS \/ other competitors are doing, how these tools integrate with the playbook used at project level and what are the benefits we offer to the end-to-end usage of the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many things have happened, it’s not worthy to tell about them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The part of the story I like the most is what I have learned and what I’m willing to learn during this second year (if I survive to the challenge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s great that something like AI is here, this is shacking the whole ecosystem and to drive the things into the new pace of execution is something where I love to be. I’m pushing the accelerator pedal of the teams and preparing the deployments of the tools at scale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
