This is the title of this video, and it contains a lot of reflections and concepts that makes you to think about so many situations when you are trying to drive in the right direction as a leader.

It is critical that the language by which we define things should be the language by which we change things. If you have a separate language or description from the language for intervention, it’s more difficult to make the transition.

If you over constrain a system which isn’t naturally constrainable, people have to find ways to work around the system.
