The limits of Wardley Maps doctrines

Wardley Map doctrines are very useful and to work on them. It’s a good basis to work on the right environment.

Saying it, in my opinion, the doctrines have some aspects that the person using it needs to take into consideration:

1. They are limited, and not all leadership styles fit with these doctrines.
2. If you want to transform an organization, doctrines alone are not enough. There are many other cultural change tools and best practices that are more rich and guide you on this part of the mindset behavior.
