There are many great things in Wardley Mapping, but the model has its limits. One of them is that is too abstract in the context of business. Alejandro lands some of the abstract concepts in a more concrete way about how organizations, business models and actions work in the competitive landscape.

Concepts as the Double Loop Learning where you can see how the business theory, the organization and the execution provokes the obtention of results.

Some of them satisfactory, some of the poor/bad and some of them unexpected.

There is where the breakthrough emerges starting as a dissonance; this dissonance can turn into emergent strategy thanks to the ability of the people in charge to reframe it.
