One year as Product Manager

In January of 2025 I jumped in the Data migrations product team and started covering a holidays and ended being the Product Manager.

In the past I did product management, but (fun fact) in that time it was not called in that way.

Since the beginning the major challenge has been to work in a new environment, understand the basis of insurance, our solutions, our tools what AWS / other competitors are doing, how these tools integrate with the playbook used at project level and what are the benefits we offer to the end-to-end usage of the process.

Many things have happened, it’s not worthy to tell about them.

The part of the story I like the most is what I have learned and what I’m willing to learn during this second year (if I survive to the challenge).

It’s great that something like AI is here, this is shacking the whole ecosystem and to drive the things into the new pace of execution is something where I love to be. I’m pushing the accelerator pedal of the teams and preparing the deployments of the tools at scale.
