AWS has an enterprise architecture board called Control Tower. It was build by an AWS service team, based on ALZ (AWS Landing Zone) solution designed by AWS Solutions Architects. It’s based on the same best practices that we give customers e.g. AWS Well-Architected. We have similar frameworks internally.
