Year 5, Q3 Just books

During year 5 – Q2 I have focused on Wardley Maps and reading books. Unfortunately to me, I have to deaccelerate the workload of activities. So it will be a soft learning quarter on the schedule.

The plan

So the V2MOM for this quarter will be:

  • Vision: Read, read and read.
  • Values: Read things related to strategy and other stuff.
  • Method: Read?.
  • Obstacles:
    • Time.
  • Measures:
    • Read at least 3 books.
    • Be engage at least on 3 learning courses.

Death line = 30/September/2022

The results (October 2022)

  • Team of Teams.
  • Holacracy.
  • Strategy Safari (50% , not completed)
  • AWS Machine Learning Learning Plan (32,5 hours).

In summary, bad quarter in terms of learning.
