For this quarter my focus will be ServiceNow. I’m engaged on a Program where this platform will be used and I want to learn the basis, so I can ask better questions.

The plan

So the V2MOM for this quarter will be:

  • Vision: Learn about ServiceNow.
  • Values: Do courses in Learning space from ServiceNow.
  • Method:
    • Courses,
    • Organize ideas with diagrams and maps.
  • Obstacles:
    • Time and fatigue.
  • Measures:
    • At least 10 courses this quarter.
    • At least 3 workshops done around Mapas (1 by month).
    • I should read 1 book.
