Year 8, Q2: Build a LMS

For this quarter my focus will be reactivating the work on strategy mapping.

The plan

So the V2MOM for this quarter will be:

  • Vision: Be more engaged in conversations around strategy mapping.
  • Values: Learn while working.
  • Method:
    • Create a Learning Management System for courses, certification and courses.
      • Create the course for Project Management for Wardley Mappers.
      • Create the first stage of the certification based on the framework.
    • Be more active with events around WMfB.
  • Obstacles:
    • Time and fatigue.
  • Measures:
    • LMS completed and published.
    • 4 events organized.
    • I should read 1 book.
