Tactical 90-day Account Plan

During the revision of the account strategy, where the long term goals are always so far away we use to work with short term goals.

We review and prioritize our goals. Once the list is clear, we define a set of activities that they should be completed in less than 90 days.

90 days sometimes is short period of time, and some of the goals really are repeated the next quarter. This is not bad when you during the first 90 days have completed the activities you defined.

The best thing of this way of work is that we do not lose the focus and waste our time on the “last amazing opportunity the customer is inviting us”.
