For the session on October 9th 2025 I would like to start with this map for providing a concrete context and a quick explanation about what a map is for those who do not know Wardley Maps.

For those that are new to Wardley Mapping and that have 15 minutes available, I would recommend you one of my favourite videos about mapping (15 min): Crossing the River by Feeling the Stones.

For the call:

  • Depending on the topic you prefer to discuss, we will go in one direction or another.
  • My approach for this topic is about strategy, exposure to uncertainty, and skin in the game.

This is the complete panel of information that I have build for the session, I do not think we will be able to cover all, but you never know.

For me this session is interesting because it serves me for improving the Collective Intelligence Workshops.
